What you submit

The application asks for a business name, contact name and email, Southern Utah business location, and optional phone number, website, contractor license, and proposed banner message. It also records the page from which the application was sent.

The endpoint derives a one-way hash from the request IP address to rate-limit abuse. The stored application does not contain the raw IP address.

How it is used

We use the application to verify the business's Southern Utah connection, decide whether it is eligible for the one homepage banner, and reply about the position. Applying does not charge you.

We do not sell submitted personal information, add applicants to a marketing list, or send the application to the roofers listed in the directory.

Storage and notification

Applications are stored in Cloudflare KV for up to one year. A rate-limit count is stored for one hour. A Telegram alert containing the submitted application details is sent privately to the operator so a person can review and answer it.

Cloudflare processes request data while hosting and protecting the site. Telegram processes the alert used to notify the operator.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 measures visits and interaction events such as opening or submitting the banner form. The site's analytics code does not send the application fields to Google Analytics.

You can limit analytics through browser privacy settings, cookie controls, or a content blocker.

Your choices

To ask about, correct, or request deletion of an application, email contact@southernutahseo.com from the submitted address or include enough information to identify the application.

Changes

If this policy changes, the last-updated date on this page will change. Material changes to how banner applications are handled will be reflected here before the revised process is used.
